Little Yogis is a mobile evidence based yoga & mindfulness enrichment program for kids in Canada. Our tagline is “Positivity & Movement for Busy Minds” as we aim to improve physical, mental, and emotional health through our curriculum. Little Yogis provides yoga instruction, mental health and wellness classes and workshops for everyone within the school and childcare community including students, school administrators, teachers and parents.
