Our experience spans a wide number of industries. Really, we're generalists with a massive amount of diverse project experience that has recently included travel, mining, energy, healthcare, education, whisky and fintech.
We like to think we're different. If you're going to get some outside help, then it should probably think and act beyond big company constraints. There's not much use to having the big management consultants who come will all the same problems of a corporate culture as you have.
We're a lean team who can move quickly and get our hands dirty, nor are we fans of buzzwords to hide our insecurities. We tell it like it is, never hiding behind processes and slide decks. And we promise you will actually enjoy working with us!
